About Us | Affordable, Honest and Experienced Resume and Business Writers
We work from our home office in Mooloolaba – we are very central for the whole Sunshine Coast area.
Please give us a call – we do not have set prices because every Resumé is different. The Resumé for a new graduate / student with very limited employment history is obviously much more basic than one for a sales professional with a 30 year career history. The same applies for Cover Letters.
We offer a complimentary, no obligation meeting where we get to know you and see what you have and what you need. This normally takes 15-20 minutes and we can quote you a price and a time frame there and then.
Normally my first question is, “Are you local on the Sunshine Coast?”
If yes – I prefer to personally meet and see what you already have and what needs to be done – any particular jobs that you will be targeting with the resume etc.
A face to face meeting makes the exercise so much easier.
Just a few examples where we have helped:
Tradesmen who change jobs quite frequently (as projects are completed) and need their Resumés updated with new tickets, new experience and new employment history.
Full time mums who have been raising their children for the past 5, 10 or 15 years and now find the need for a professional Resumé (you have more to offer than you think).
2015 has certainly seen an international flavour with:
- the Kiwis (Retail Manager, West Coast Mining workers, Carpenter)
- the Brits (Boilermakers, Retail workers, Bar Manager)
- the Indians (Restaurant Managers and Students)
- and the Nigerian university students looking for a new Resumé.
Handy Hint #1: Rehearse the answer you are going to give to the interview question, “And why do you want to work for our company?” A young uni student was recently telling me how he answered, “for the money” – when going for an interview for a night-fill job at one on the retail giants. He should have scored the job for his absolute honesty.
